Danielle (Dani) Redder
Master Executive Coach | Author | Educator | Speaker
I am Danielle (Dani) Redder, a Master Executive Coach, author, and educator originally from Ontario, Canada. With extensive experience in coaching and facilitation, I specialize in communication, behavior, and performance. Since 2015, I have had the privilege of working with over 500 business leaders, C-suite executives, and high-potential talent to optimize their strengths, address areas for growth, and align their personal objectives with strategic business goals.
In addition to my coaching practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia, where I teach the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program.
Recently, I expanded my expertise by obtaining an Equine-Assisted Coaching certification, a natural extension of my lifelong passion for horses. Through collaboration with my horse co-facilitators, I help clients gain immediate biofeedback to establish clear, actionable goals. This approach fosters deep personal growth and transformation. I also lead retreats and team-building programs using equine experiential learning techniques, in partnership with local farms such as Holistic Horse Farm (Goshen, OH) and Pine Knoll Farm (Lexington, KY).
As the author of Being Present, the Executive Present workbook, I am committed to promoting mindfulness within organizations. I believe in cultivating an empowering consciousness and inclusive mindset that inspires individuals and drives success in global companies.
I have had the privilege of working with renowned organizations, including Stanley Black & Decker, Siemens, Toyota, Publicis Groupe, TE Connectivity, Beckman Coulter, Choice Hotels, ASRC Industrial, and MSA Safety.
Beyond my professional certifications, I hold a Level 2 Certified Sommelier designation, am a 200-hour registered yoga and meditation instructor, a horseback riding instructor, and an Everything DiSC facilitator.
I currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio, with my husband, daughter, two dachshunds, two cats, and chickens.
