Executive coaching is an effective, high-impact approach to personal and professional development that’s led by a trained coach. It aims to create awareness, generate action, and increase productivity by helping leaders develop and maintain new perspectives, attitudes, skills, and behaviors.
I am trained and certified in the Sherpa Coaching Process. This is a process-driven style coaching that delivers proven results and behavior changes within a set time frame. I am a true believer that this coaching style is the most dynamic and beneficial.
Equine Assisted Coaching is an experiential journey where the horse acts as co-facilitator and guide, partnering alongside your coach. The horse provides immediate feedback into your relationship with self and others – how your presence truly affects the world you live in.
Horses are keen observers and sensitive to movement and emotion. They respond to what your body language, emotions, and thoughts are conveying – your non-verbal communication. They become a powerful mirror of congruency and reflection; tuning into your energy and reflecting back that which is felt on the subtle layers.
The horse can identify where wounding is located in the body – physical or emotional. Because horses give honest biofeedback with no judgment or ego involved, we use their behavior to gain self-awareness and process what is happening in the present moment with real-time feedback.
As prey animals, it is critical for horses to live in the present at all times using their sensitivity and emotional intelligence to survive. They will let you know right away when your behaviors become 'predatory' in any sense.
All these characteristics make horses masters at helping integrate your aspects of self: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Your whole, interconnected, and multi-dimensional self.
Clients can experience dramatic transformation, shifts, and achievement exceeding what they thought was once possible.
Coaching tends to have a widespread impact on both personal and professional areas of life. Many clients have deeper relationships, improved communication, and increased productivity.
Regardless of your goals, you can expect to create unprecedented results.
Packages and programs can range from 3 months to 12 months, depending on whether you choose the 6 or 12 session option.
Each coaching session is one hour.
Depending on the package, expect 2 to 4 sessions per month.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
In-person sessions are available for an extra fee.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. However, the horse's biofeedback usually elicits and allows for immediate results to process internally.
Absolutely not! All this work is done on the ground. This is not a riding activity. You do not have to have experience with horses to be a part of these programs. All levels of interests and experience are welcome.
